Returns
* We do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference.
* All sales are final.
Damaged or Wrong Product
* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 weeks of delivery.
* An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any claim.
* After verification, we will provide a replacement if the claim is approved.
Exchanges
* Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by the customer.
* Exchange requests made after 5-6 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
* Refunds are not available unless we are unable to provide a replacement for an approved claim.
* Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
